The role also leads project meetings, manages documentation, supports corrective actions, and identifies process improvements.

Greets and directs visitors, manages calls, visitor security, badges, mail, petty cash, office supplies, conference rooms, schedules, and administrative support. Coordinates meetings, events, employee programs, office equipment maintenance, and shared-space upkeep while providing professional customer service and maintaining an inviting office environment.
