Own mobile product strategy across 8am’s brands, leading customer discovery, AI-native prototyping, and delivery with a two-engineer team. Define mobile priorities, build customer-tested experiences, bring AI agents and payment capabilities to mobile, and manage app quality, releases, analytics, and adoption. Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, customer success, payments, and AI platform teams. The role requires strong mobile product management, customer discovery, AI, UX, and regulated-industry experience.

Designs and deploys AI-powered features and scalable AI/ML services across SaaS products. Responsibilities include translating business problems into AI solutions, integrating large language models, preparing data, evaluating model performance, writing Python, building secure deployment infrastructure, and collaborating with product, data, and cloud operations teams. The role requires production AI/ML experience, scalable data infrastructure expertise, AWS familiarity, and modern DevOps practices.

Owns business strategy, analytics, processes, and systems supporting the Partnerships organization. Responsibilities include executive planning and reporting, partner revenue dashboards, quote-to-cash operations, renewal and expansion processes, Salesforce and go-to-market technology improvements, partner event operations, roadmap development, and mentoring junior teammates.
