Support financial management of construction projects by preparing and reviewing budget vs. actual costs, monthly reporting, owner billings, subcontractor financial reviews, fixed asset tracking, and state tax compliance. Improve processes and perform audits and related duties.

Supports construction project teams with documentation, contracts, subcontracts, insurance, bonds, change orders, meeting records, compliance tracking, procurement assistance, project software, closeout, and electronic archiving. Provides administrative and office support, including correspondence, reception coverage, mail, supplies, reports, reprographics, and errands. Coordinates with regional departments and project staff while maintaining organized records, timely follow-up, customer service, and compliance with safety procedures.

Support Project Manager and Superintendent across project phases by managing submittals, RFIs, change order proposals, budgeting in Viewpoint, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, safety, and providing estimating and PM backup as needed.

Lead generation and business development for large construction projects (design-build and GCCM, $25M+). Identify and qualify leads, build client and architect relationships, support RFQ/RFPs, track procurement timelines, represent the firm at industry events, mentor internal team members, and log client interactions in Salesforce to win profitable projects.

Manage multiple construction projects from concept through closeout: lead project engineers, interface with owners/architects, maintain safety, control costs and billing, forecast margins, manage RFI/COP/submittal logs, and ensure timely, spec-compliant completion.

Lead or support preconstruction efforts from RFQ pursuit through construction start. Manage risk, budgets, schedules, and teams; develop win strategies; mentor preconstruction staff; produce conceptual estimates, project charters, and value engineering; maintain subcontractor relationships and support business development and proposal activities.

Support project managers and superintendents on operations tasks and assist senior staff with estimating. Uphold company safety and core values, participate in RPE programs, read drawings/specifications, and perform other assigned duties.
