Identify and qualify leads, build client and architect relationships, support RFQ/RFPs, track procurement timelines, represent the firm at industry events, mentor internal team members, and log client interactions in Salesforce to win profitable projects.

Lead or support preconstruction across multiple projects, mitigate risk, develop win strategies, coordinate teams and resources, produce conceptual estimates and project charters, mentor preconstruction staff, maintain subcontractor relationships, and participate in value engineering, reporting, and post-job lessons learned to ensure alignment before construction starts.
