Responsibilities include pursuit team coordination, proposal messaging, formatting, proofreading, editing, compliance reviews, research, marketing collateral development, and maintaining qualifications, project descriptions, and resumes. The role requires strong persuasive writing, page layout, presentation planning, Adobe Creative Cloud expertise, Microsoft PowerPoint proficiency, and preferably AEC industry experience.

Supports enterprise client relationships across projects, markets, and business units. Maintains account-level oversight of client experience, project performance, risks, financials, and commitments; develops stakeholder relationships; supports account strategy and growth; maintains Salesforce data, dashboards, playbooks, and opportunity information; coordinates account actions; leads project reviews and onboarding; and escalates issues while collaborating across teams without direct authority.
