Manage and mentor medical/scientific directors and cross-functional teams, ensure trial integrity, regulatory compliance, safety reporting, and alignment of clinical strategy with business objectives. Serve as in-house clinical expert and external opinion leader contact.

Deliver hands-on and virtual clinical training for CoolSculpting, CoolTone, DiamondGlow and SkinMedica; partner with AMI, sales, and cross-functional teams to develop training, measure KPIs using Moxie/Madi/ThoughtSpot, support onboarding and large-group programs, manage strategic account trainings, and drive continuous improvement while adhering to regulatory and quality standards.
