Design, build, and support Java-based REST APIs and enterprise integrations for customers, partners, vendors, and internal systems. Own full-cycle attorney recruiting from sourcing and cold outreach through screening, negotiation, and offer close. Build an independent candidate pipeline using LinkedIn Recruiter, directories, referrals, and other channels; maintain attorney relationships and referral networks; partner with hiring stakeholders; and accurately track pipeline activity in an ATS or CRM. The role requires consistently delivering 15–20 hires monthly against a quota.

Own and operate AWS environments across networking, systems, and related services. Support development workflows through AWS environments, automate DevOps tasks with scripts, collaborate with development, infrastructure, and IT teams, and help identify practical AI applications. The role requires strong AWS expertise, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, flexibility, and effective communication.
