Oversee daily operation and maintenance of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), lead and train engineering/maintenance staff, manage preventive maintenance, safety, inspections, vendor coordination, inventory, work orders, and staff scheduling to ensure system performance and safety.

Assist the Chief Engineer by directing engineering staff and contractors to maintain buildings, equipment, and grounds. Oversee preventive maintenance, work order prioritization, inventory, training, scheduling, safety compliance, documentation, and 5-year planning. Support building automation systems, manage licenses/certifications, and report facility issues to management.
