Teams at Abnormal Security

Build backend services, data pipelines, detection features, and AI agents for email security. Integrate machine learning and large language models into investigation workflows, evaluate attack detection accuracy, improve reliability and performance, and own features from design through production release. Collaborate with ML engineers, data scientists, and software engineers while contributing tested code, technical designs, and code reviews.

Owns partner enablement for Abnormal’s reseller, distributor, and referral ecosystem. Responsibilities include designing certifications and training, onboarding partners, enabling internal co-selling teams, creating sales assets, supporting platform cross-sell motions, analyzing performance data, and using AI to scale coaching and content. The role requires strong channel experience, facilitation, analytical, communication, and cybersecurity or SaaS knowledge, with approximately 20–30% travel.

Owns go-to-market data governance, quality, enrichment, and automation across Salesforce and connected systems. Designs standards, controls, source-of-truth models, AI and LLM-powered workflows, monitoring, and remediation processes. Partners with Business Operations, Marketing Operations, Customer Success, Finance, IT, and security to improve data accuracy, compliance, reporting, and operational efficiency. Leads data management and automation projects from planning through measurable outcomes.
