Manage and grow Absorb's largest enterprise accounts by building strategic account plans, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, coordinating internal resources from discovery to close, mitigating churn, and acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders while becoming an expert in Absorb LMS.

Manage end-to-end Absorb LMS implementations (avg. 8 weeks) as primary client contact. Gather requirements, define scope and timelines, coordinate cross-functional resources, deliver customized training, support integrations (APIs, CRM/HRM), and oversee multiple concurrent projects to ensure successful client onboarding and adoption.
