Teams at ACCO Engineered Systems

Designs HVAC, plumbing, ducting, piping, controls, and mechanical systems from concept through construction completion. Performs engineering calculations, energy analysis, equipment selection, LEED compliance, and 2D/3D modeling. Conducts site surveys, coordinates with construction and project teams, resolves field issues, leads design meetings, delegates BIM tasks, and manages schedules. Requires an engineering or construction management degree, mechanical design experience, and familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and LEED requirements.

Independently designs commercial plumbing systems from conceptual design through construction completion. Responsibilities include plumbing calculations, equipment and system layouts, code- and LEED-compliant designs, energy analyses, field engineering, trade coordination, drawing and model quality, project scheduling, troubleshooting, and oversight of design team members.

Lead HVAC mechanical engineering from concept through construction for large or multiple projects. Produce code- and LEED-compliant designs, calculations, equipment layouts, duct and piping systems. Coordinate with project teams, oversee design staff, support field engineers, and ensure quality of design drawings and models.
