Lead HVAC mechanical engineering from concept through construction for large or multiple projects. Produce code- and LEED-compliant designs, calculations, equipment layouts, duct and piping systems. Coordinate with project teams, oversee design staff, support field engineers, and ensure quality of design drawings and models.

Perform commercial HVAC journeyperson duties on varied systems, collaborating with project staff. Maintain professional customer relations, follow processes, meet performance goals, and comply with physical and driving requirements.

Lead end-to-end HVAC/plumbing/process projects from sales through final execution. Act as primary client liaison and account manager, perform pre-construction estimating and proposals, coordinate engineering/purchasing/accounting/construction teams, supervise field labor and installation sequencing, manage budgets, forecasting, job-cost tracking, contracts and change orders, and mentor/train sales staff.
