Lead HVAC mechanical engineering from concept through construction for large or multiple projects. Produce code- and LEED-compliant designs, calculations, equipment layouts, duct and piping systems. Coordinate with project teams, oversee design staff, support field engineers, and ensure quality of design drawings and models.

Drive business development and revenue growth for regional construction/HVAC projects. Lead full-cycle pursuit, sales, budgeting, and project management. Assign and mentor Project Managers/Engineers, develop bid strategies, cultivate client relationships, and expand market opportunities while monitoring competitors and improving team efficiencies.

Lead end-to-end HVAC/plumbing/process projects from sales through final execution. Act as primary client liaison and account manager, perform pre-construction estimating and proposals, coordinate engineering/purchasing/accounting/construction teams, supervise field labor and installation sequencing, manage budgets, forecasting, job-cost tracking, contracts and change orders, and mentor/train sales staff.
