The Sales Executive will drive new customer acquisition, manage the sales cycle, and engage with decision-makers in supply chain sectors.

Lead and develop a 5-person Americas Customer Success team, own regional retention and NRR, manage 3-5 largest accounts, drive adoption and onboarding, coordinate cross-functional strategy with Sales, Product, and Education, maintain Salesforce reporting, and own regional CS operations, budgeting, and escalation management to ensure customer health and growth.

Manage the entire New Product Introduction lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining project plans and status reports to ensure timely product launches.
