Support portfolio planning, tracking, and evaluation by analyzing performance data, preparing reports and dashboards, forecasting and budgeting, performing variance analysis, and providing data-driven recommendations to leadership while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Serve as the company's customer-facing contact across phone, email, and live chat. Troubleshoot product and account issues, document interactions in the CRM, and meet key metrics for response time, CSAT, and resolution rates.

Translate medical services into patient invoices, submit accurate insurance claims using ICD-10 and CPT coding, follow up on denied or underpaid claims with payers, and handle patient billing inquiries and payment plans to maximize collections.

Manage, maintain, and secure database servers; monitor and optimize performance; implement backups and recovery plans; troubleshoot issues; support application teams; apply patches and upgrades; document procedures; assist with data migration and integration.

Provide general office support to ensure efficient daily operations: manage calendars, communications, documents, filing, meeting prep, travel logistics, supplies, and assist team members with administrative tasks and projects while maintaining confidentiality.

Manage freight schedules and carrier assignments, track shipments to resolve delays or customs issues, negotiate 3PL rates to reduce freight spend, and verify shipping documentation including bills of lading, customs declarations, and delivery receipts.

Manage high-volume accounts receivable data entry, post and reconcile payments, maintain digital financial records, audit billing discrepancies, and support month-end closing with aging reports.
