Develop, test, document, maintain, and integrate software applications supporting business needs. Responsibilities include writing clean code, fixing bugs, improving performance, troubleshooting, documenting systems, collaborating with engineers and business analysts, and participating in agile development processes.

Design, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS. Own IaC (Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell) and CI/CD pipelines, integrate source control and automated testing/security, implement governance and hybrid cloud solutions, deploy generative AI services, monitor performance, support disaster recovery, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant cloud platforms.

Support maintenance, monitoring, and enhancement of commercial and personal lines insurance products. Translates complex insurance concepts into accessible content, manages multi-channel calendars and projects, interviews stakeholders, and connects organizational stories to strategic goals. Collaborates cross-functionally to produce compelling written content and thought leadership while tailoring communications to diverse audiences and corporate leaders.

Monitors commercial underwriting consistency through audits, communicates findings, and advises on guidelines, risk assessment, coverage interpretation, and best practices. Develops and delivers employee training, maintains reference materials, supports policy and process improvements, evaluates vendors and programs, and contributes to cross-functional projects and product innovation. Some travel may be required for training, professional development, and agency contacts.

Reviews insurance products, forms, rates, rules, and filings for regulatory compliance. Monitors legal and regulatory changes, analyzes business impacts, supports regulatory change management, reconciles compliance data, verifies statistical reports, prepares SERFF filings, and advises stakeholders on compliance risks. Requires strong research, analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with knowledge of property and casualty insurance products.

Conducts commercial insurance risk assessments, surveys, and investigations; evaluates hazards, loss history, and compliance with underwriting standards; prepares detailed reports; and recommends controls to reduce claims. Provides policyholders and agents with safety guidance, training, industrial hygiene services, accident investigations, and safety meeting support. Maintains stakeholder relationships, uses applicable codes and standards, and travels throughout the assigned Texas territory.

Designs, implements, and supports enterprise infrastructure platforms centered on OpenShift, Kubernetes, GitOps, and container technologies. Responsibilities include cluster lifecycle management, CI/CD, virtualization, storage, monitoring, automation, security, backups, disaster recovery, troubleshooting, system upgrades, documentation, and incident response. The role collaborates cross-functionally, mentors junior engineers, supports continuous improvement, and participates in on-call activities and after-hours changes when needed.

Present performance updates and support sustainable competitive advantage.
