The Systems Engineer on Database Administration will support database installations, optimization, maintenance, and work with teams to enhance query performance.

The Systems Engineer will design, build, and maintain servers and associated systems, ensure data protection and disaster recovery, and support virtualization environments. Responsibilities include monitoring system performance, assisting in disaster recovery planning, and training users on software and hardware operations.

Lead audits and governance to ensure consistent project and portfolio management practices. Develop and deliver training, coach teams, support PPM tooling, advise on prioritization and capacity planning, create reference materials, and partner with stakeholders to improve processes and strategic alignment.
