Develops and executes SEO, AEO, SEM, website, and digital channel strategies to improve discoverability, engagement, customer experience, and conversion. Manages CMS content, landing pages, website journeys, paid search campaigns, keyword strategies, analytics, testing, performance reporting, and conversion optimization. Collaborates with marketing, communications, IT, business, and external partners while maintaining brand consistency and managing multiple projects.

Conducts risk control surveys and prepares underwriting reports for commercial insurance accounts. Advises policyholders and agents on reducing loss frequency and severity, evaluates hazards and controls, and recommends improvements based on industry standards. Develops safety and training programs, supports safety meetings, maintains agency relationships, and travels throughout the assigned Missouri territory. Requires a safety, engineering, or science background, significant risk control or safety experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Prepares insurance pricing and rate-level analyses, forecasting models, management reports, bureau rate-change reviews, special studies, and state insurance filings. The role supports actuarial reporting design, presents rating proposals, participates in the actuarial education program, and pursues Casualty Actuarial Society Fellowship while collaborating independently and with teams.
