Leads enrollment performance across clinical research sites and studies. Develops enrollment strategies, analyzes conversion and screening metrics, improves workflows, supports study launches, ensures SOP and regulatory compliance, and supervises Enrollment Specialists. The role coordinates cross-site teams, manages enrollment escalations, mentors staff, presents performance insights, and drives corrective actions to achieve screening and enrollment goals.

Develops, maintains, and quality-controls eSource documentation across clinical research sites. Builds and updates electronic source documents, standardizes workflows, supports study start-up, verifies eSource before first patient visits, and ensures audit-ready compliance with ICH-GCP, FDA, IRB, sponsor, and CRO requirements. Collaborates with quality assurance, regulatory, operations, and finance teams while managing multiple protocols and site requests.

The Enrollment Specialist manages the clinical trial candidate pipeline from initial outreach and prescreening through the first screening visit. Responsibilities include candidate qualification, appointment scheduling, transportation coordination, re-engagement campaigns, medical record tracking, CRM documentation, site collaboration, and performance reporting. The role owns conversion, screening, follow-up, and data-integrity targets while supporting enrollment teams across multiple studies and sites.
