Leads full lifecycle recruiting across the business, developing sourcing strategies, building diverse talent pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and delivering an excellent candidate experience. Manages recruiting workflows in Greenhouse, evaluates applicants, conducts interviews, maintains data integrity, reduces time-to-fill, and provides market insights. The role also supports Talent Acquisition projects and requires strong relationship-building, communication, critical thinking, organization, and employment-law knowledge.

Accession biological samples into laboratory information systems, maintain accurate sample records and chain of custody, identify and escalate shipment issues, manage storage, transfers, check-in/check-out, and disposition of biological specimens. Follow SOPs, safety protocols, GCLP, CAP, and CLIA requirements while meeting turnaround times in a regulated laboratory environment.

Leads the IT Systems Support team and oversees service desk and end-user support operations. Responsibilities include staff supervision, coaching, workforce planning, ticket and incident management, escalations, major incident coordination, service-level monitoring, operational reporting, dashboard development, process improvement, automation, stakeholder communication, security compliance, and asset management. The role serves as a key escalation point and partners with IT, Security, Infrastructure, and Enterprise Applications teams.
