Build and maintain async Python backend services and FastAPI APIs supporting high-volume attention measurement products. Collaborate with data engineering, data science, product, and customer success teams to integrate data pipelines, models, and production features. Responsibilities include testing, code reviews, performance tuning, production troubleshooting, monitoring, reliability improvements, and working with AWS infrastructure, databases, and Airflow-orchestrated workflows.

Own technical execution of attention measurement for complex client accounts: campaign setup, tag implementation and live-tracker debugging, QA, data exploration in Excel/Looker/SQL, partner integrations, client-facing technical guidance, and cross-functional process automation.

The VP of Engineering will lead the engineering team, develop strategies, manage infrastructure, and ensure delivery of software and services supporting the company's goals.
