Leads departmental projects, process improvements, documentation, and IRB Operations document management. Serves as a subject matter expert for operational issues, supports client and quality teams, reviews clinical submissions for quality and process adherence, coordinates workload and SME responses, develops instructional materials, and provides training, presentations, and guidance to staff and internal or external stakeholders.

Leads enterprise procurement strategy for approximately $75 million in indirect spend across seven categories. Oversees strategic sourcing, primarily for technology and business services, manages source-to-pay workflows and vendor onboarding, tracks sourcing value, establishes governance and policy, and builds a procurement team. Partners with stakeholders and executive leadership to improve procurement capabilities, negotiate with vendors, and implement a multi-year roadmap.

Leads Advarra’s product training strategy, overseeing global trainers and e-learning developers who support customers and employees. Responsibilities include designing and delivering software training, managing training initiatives, budgets, forecasts, staffing, timelines, and customer feedback, while improving virtual and on-demand learning resources. The role supervises staff, evaluates trainers, develops curricula, collaborates with Product Management, Marketing, Documentation, and PMO teams, and ensures training aligns with company goals and branding.
