Provide comprehensive patient assessments and individualized care plans, administer medications and acute-care procedures (wound care, catheterization, IV therapy), monitor hemodynamics and support vascular interventional care, educate patients and families, document care, collaborate with the healthcare team, participate in quality improvement, and perform bedside shift reports. Schedule: Days, M-F, 36-40 hours with one week of call per month.

Provide comprehensive nursing care including assessments, individualized care plans, medication administration, procedures (wound care, catheterization, IV therapy), patient/family education, documentation, care coordination with healthcare team, quality improvement participation, and supervision/precepting of support staff to ensure patient safety and outcomes.

Leads and improves the Infection Prevention and Control program across the facility by conducting surveillance, audits, risk assessments, and education; analyzes data to detect trends/outbreaks, supports antimicrobial stewardship, collaborates with public health and clinical teams, and drives quality improvement and regulatory compliance.
