Provide comprehensive patient assessments and individualized care plans, administer medications and acute-care procedures (wound care, catheterization, IV therapy), monitor hemodynamics and support vascular interventional care, educate patients and families, document care, collaborate with the healthcare team, participate in quality improvement, and perform bedside shift reports. Schedule: Days, M-F, 36-40 hours with one week of call per month.

Provide comprehensive nursing care including assessments, individualized care plans, medication administration, procedures (wound care, catheterization, IV therapy), patient/family education, documentation, care coordination with healthcare team, quality improvement participation, and supervision/precepting of support staff to ensure patient safety and outcomes.

Leads and improves the Infection Prevention and Control program across the facility by conducting surveillance, audits, risk assessments, and education; analyzes data to detect trends/outbreaks, supports antimicrobial stewardship, collaborates with public health and clinical teams, and drives quality improvement and regulatory compliance.

Prepare and support food production, tray assembly, and patient meal delivery; maintain sanitation and safety standards; oversee daily foodservice operations across cafe and patient services; engage with patients/customers to address concerns and improve satisfaction; assist with team communication and onboarding.

Lead leadership talent development and retention initiatives by designing and delivering training, coaching, mentorship, and LMS-based learning. Analyze turnover trends, conduct exit interviews, partner with facility leaders to reduce leadership turnover, drive strategic planning and change initiatives, and ensure high-quality execution and performance feedback to meet organizational objectives.

Provide direct medical-surgical and orthopedic nursing care: assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, document care, evaluate progress, educate patients and families, communicate with care team, participate in quality improvement, and serve as patient advocate.

Provide comprehensive cardiology recovery nursing care: assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, document care, educate patients/families, coordinate with care teams, supervise staff, respond to codes, and participate in professional development and quality improvement.

Manage and supervise a clinical informatics team to provide EHR support, coordinate upgrades and go-lives, drive documentation standards and decision support adoption, partner with clinical leaders on workflow redesign and optimization across ambulatory, acute, procedural, and virtual care settings, and coordinate training and onboarding.

Performs patient access duties including insurance eligibility/benefit verification, pre-authorizations, Medicare compliance reviews and ABNs, patient registration, payment collection/reconciliation, cashiering, PBX coverage, and coordination between clinical/ancillary departments to ensure accurate records and positive patient experience.

Provide direct patient care on a medical-surgical telemetry unit: assess, document, implement evidence-based plans, administer medications, educate patients/families, collaborate with interdisciplinary team, maintain regulatory compliance, ensure safe handoffs, and participate in quality and safety initiatives. Requires acute care/Med-Surg experience and adherence to infection control and PPE policies.

Provide patient-centered med-surg/telemetry nursing on a 7a-7p day shift (StaffFlex 13-week contract). Assess, document, implement care plans, administer medications, collaborate on admissions/transfers, educate patients/families, follow safety/CDC/PPE protocols, participate in quality and peer review, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Provide comprehensive medical-surgical nursing care including assessments, individualized care plans, medication administration, wound care, IV therapy, patient and family education, documentation, interdisciplinary collaboration, participation in quality improvement, and ensuring patient safety during 12-hour day shifts on a hospital med-surg unit.

Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls, assess and treat patients per medical protocols, document care and billing, operate and maintain ambulance and medical equipment, coordinate with dispatch and medical teams, and provide high-quality patient/customer service while supporting training and community engagement.
