Design and implement Epic hospital billing and revenue cycle solutions. Gather business requirements, lead technical direction for projects, support claims/denials and cash posting/reconciliation, create process mappings, measure project outcomes, mentor IT staff, and coordinate with business stakeholders to achieve operational excellence.

Manage and analyze physician compensation plans, design reporting and automation tools, perform monthly compensation calculations and variance analysis, lead and mentor compensation staff, consult with leadership on compensation methodology, maintain documentation, audit labor tracking systems, and ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.

Lead evaluation, planning, and implementation of CMS/CMMI government program initiatives (ACOs, BPCI-Advanced, GUIDE Dementia, etc.). Manage interdisciplinary teams, set project timelines, develop performance metrics, partner with technology/analytics/operations, produce executive reporting, and ensure sustainability of value-based care improvements and regulatory alignment.

Build, maintain, and analyze revenue cycle reporting tools; partner with clients to capture requirements; lead small teams and projects; provide training, implementation, production support, and on-call coverage while ensuring timely delivery.

Design and implement scalable, secure cloud and virtualization architectures; manage system installations, upgrades, backups, disaster recovery, capacity planning, and integrations. Troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues, coordinate vendors, follow change management, mentor team members, and support off-hours/on-call operations while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Design, develop, and support enterprise analytical and operational data solutions (ETL/ELT, data models, integrations, reports). Lead metric/technical design, manage medium-to-large projects, provide production support, documentation, training, and mentor junior team members. Maintain certifications and stay current with EHR/ERP, cloud, SQL, and BI technologies.
