Manages live event production from planning through show closeout, coordinating venues, artists, talent buyers, vendors, production crews, logistics, contracts, budgets, payroll, and settlements. Resolves technical and operational issues, oversees load-in and load-out, ensures production requirements are met, and maintains communication among stakeholders. Requires concert production knowledge, budget management, contract interpretation, leadership, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.

Review, edit, and process artist, venue, vendor, sponsor, and co-promotion contracts; initiate wire requests and deposits; review venue insurance; maintain show files; develop contract processes; and collaborate with legal, operations, accounting, and production teams. May train new hires and create templates.
