Design, develop, validate, and maintain automated production and test equipment for accelerometer manufacturing. Troubleshoot systems, perform database and software updates, create test plans, documentation, webpages and standard work, and support cross-functional teams and process engineers.

Lead capture and business development for Honeywell's participation on Boeing's Next‑Generation Narrowbody program. Own pursuit planning, competitive analysis, proposal strategy, value articulation, and cross‑functional alignment from shaping through contract award. Build Boeing relationships, drive price‑to‑win and proposal development, manage reviews and negotiations, and ensure financial and compliance accountability across internal stakeholders.

Lead design, development, and integration of advanced aerospace systems (inertial navigation). Perform numerical evaluations, sensor/system performance analysis, trade studies (FMEA, RCCA), produce system documentation, support cross-functional teams, and present technical deliverables to internal and external customers.
