Run full-cycle technical and cleared recruiting across sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, and closing. Manage 12–18 requisitions, build trusted hiring-manager relationships, provide market and pipeline guidance, maintain EEO/OFCCP and clearance documentation compliance, and lead one process-improvement project. The role requires clearance-process fluency, including Top Secret/SCI and polygraph searches, effective use of AI tools, and deliberate efforts to diversify candidate pipelines. This hybrid position supports defense recruiting in Fort Huachuca, Arizona.

Leads the federal subcontracting function across DoD and civilian programs, overseeing the full subcontract lifecycle, compliance with FAR, DFARS, and CPSR requirements, small business subcontracting plans, ISR/SSR reporting, negotiations, audit readiness, and risk management. Partners with Contracts, Finance, Program Management, Legal, Business Development, and Capture teams while managing and developing a subcontracting team and improving processes, controls, and operational efficiency.

Oversees multiple technical or scientific projects, or one large project, from planning through delivery and transition. Manages Agile teams, schedules, budgets, risks, quality assurance, incidents, vendors, stakeholders, compliance, technical operations, and project deliverables. Develops reports and communication plans while coordinating federal employees, contractors, and external vendors. Requires strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, SDLC, cybersecurity processes, resource management, and government contract transitions.
