The Specialty Solutions Engineer will design and architect technical solutions in observability, partner with sales, and support customer engagements. Responsibilities include advising on solutions, developing relationships, and participating in pre-sales documentation.

Lead presales discovery, scoping, and design of outcomes-based managed services across cloud, infrastructure, Microsoft, networking, security, and observability. Develop service scope, proposals, pricing, tooling and operational handoffs; collaborate with delivery and account teams; present solutions and SLAs to clients; and identify expansion opportunities through renewals and cross-sell.

Lead and develop a procurement team while performing hands-on procurement (~70% of time). Validate orders in Salesforce, place equipment orders via vendor portals and APIs, troubleshoot order issues, manage confirmations, support end-of-period activities, improve processes, participate in hiring/onboarding, and ensure operational governance and customer satisfaction.
