Monitor circuits, troubleshoot router/switch/firewall issues, implement and upgrade Cisco products, perform maintenance and after-hours support, collaborate across teams, and participate in on-call rotations and occasional on-site work.

Lead and administer QA testing teams for a Dynamics 365 CRM application. Develop and execute manual and automated functional, regression, performance, and accessibility tests; create detailed test cases; run SQL queries for data analysis; report defects and test results; and collaborate with development and customers to define and implement test automation.
