Creates and executes test cases, ensures requirements traceability, supports legacy-system interfaces, facilitates cross-functional workshops, and assists with project lifecycle artifacts.

Supports Texas Workforce Commission technology initiatives by gathering and analyzing business and functional requirements, documenting processes and specifications, facilitating stakeholder workshops, coordinating user acceptance testing, identifying software defects, and working with technical leads on solutions.
