Serve as liaison between IT and program staff, automate metadata ingestion, extract and analyze metadata, validate AI outputs, develop prompt libraries and glossary tools, create visualizations, train non-technical users, and troubleshoot metadata and lineage issues to support reporting and decision-making.

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise Master Data Management solutions for healthcare provider and member domains using Informatica (IDMC/PowerCenter). Build ETL pipelines into MDM using Oracle and Snowflake, manage metadata and deployments, collaborate with data architects and stakeholders, enforce governance and security standards, and develop/validate AI prompt/query templates for master data retrieval and synthesis.
