Implement monitoring, incident response, and on-call practices; collaborate with domain teams to identify productivity bottlenecks, deliver scalable solutions, and enforce testing and quality standards.

Design, build, and operate autonomous infrastructure AI agents on Airwallex's Quartermaster platform to automate SRE, DevOps, and DBA workflows. Integrate agents with Kubernetes, Terraform, cloud APIs, monitoring, databases, and CI/CD. Define agent architecture, safety guardrails, evaluation metrics, and collaborate with SRE and platform teams to deploy reliable, auditable autonomous systems in production.

Lead the Global Treasury and Payment Network engineering team to define technical vision, architecture, and delivery. Manage engineers, unblock teams, collaborate with product and design, use data to measure and optimize products, and build scalable, high-quality global payment and treasury infrastructure.

Lead architecture and delivery of developer tooling, CI/CD and cloud infrastructure to improve engineering velocity. Lead the global technical accounting function, providing US GAAP oversight for complex transactions, product launches, reporting, and judgmental estimates. Develop accounting policies, oversee SOX compliant internal controls, prepare PCAOB compliant technical memos, and support regional finance teams. Lead and scale a team of full-cycle Account Executives focused on SMB acquisition. Own revenue, pipeline health, deal quality, and execution velocity. Coach AEs on discovery, negotiation, and closing; enforce pipeline discipline, CRM hygiene, and metrics-driven operations. Partner with outbound and cross-functional teams to refine ICPs, improve win rates, and leverage data/AI and sales tools to improve forecasting and deal strategy.

Provide senior regulatory legal advice for Airwallex Americas on payments and financial services. Manage licensing, registrations, compliance obligations, regulator engagement, cross-border product support, regulatory strategy, and external counsel. Partner with product, compliance, risk, and commercial teams to enable market expansion and ensure timely regulatory filings while improving efficiency with AI and legaltech tools.
