Partner with product, compliance, risk, and commercial teams to enable market expansion and ensure timely regulatory filings while improving efficiency with AI and legaltech tools.

Design, build, and optimize internal developer platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-driven tooling to improve engineering velocity, reliability, and code quality. Implement monitoring, incident response, and on-call practices; collaborate with domain teams to identify productivity bottlenecks, deliver scalable solutions, and enforce testing and quality standards.

Design, build, and operate autonomous infrastructure AI agents on Airwallex's Quartermaster platform to automate SRE, DevOps, and DBA workflows. Integrate agents with Kubernetes, Terraform, cloud APIs, monitoring, databases, and CI/CD. Define agent architecture, safety guardrails, evaluation metrics, and collaborate with SRE and platform teams to deploy reliable, auditable autonomous systems in production.

Lead architecture and delivery of developer tooling, CI/CD and cloud infrastructure to improve engineering velocity. Design scalable microservice components, optimize pipelines, deploy AI-driven developer productivity features, mentor engineers, set standards for observability, testing, and change management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to measure and improve developer experience.

Lead the Global Treasury and Payment Network engineering team to define technical vision, architecture, and delivery. Manage engineers, unblock teams, collaborate with product and design, use data to measure and optimize products, and build scalable, high-quality global payment and treasury infrastructure.

Sell Airwallex's payments and financial platform to US SME customers across ecommerce, SaaS, and professional services. Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close and initial ramp, conduct technical and commercial consultations, negotiate contracts, exceed revenue targets, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful customer outcomes.

Manage end-to-end travel industry partnerships: identify and pursue new partners, activate and grow partner referrals and revenue, own partner account management, deepen executive relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless partner experience supporting US expansion.
