Create self-service DB platforms, secure AI-agent interfaces, and reliability automation. Drive database best practices, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate with product teams on performance, schema design, and operational excellence.

Lead the Global Treasury and Payment Network engineering team to define technical vision, architecture, and delivery. Manage engineers, unblock teams, collaborate with product and design, use data to measure and optimize products, and build scalable, high-quality global payment and treasury infrastructure.

Lead and scale a team of full-cycle Account Executives focused on SMB acquisition. Own revenue, pipeline health, deal quality, and execution velocity. Coach AEs on discovery, negotiation, and closing; enforce pipeline discipline, CRM hygiene, and metrics-driven operations. Partner with outbound and cross-functional teams to refine ICPs, improve win rates, and leverage data/AI and sales tools to improve forecasting and deal strategy.
