Serves as senior employment counsel for the Americas, advising People & Talent and business leaders on employee lifecycle matters, workplace investigations, policies, disputes, litigation, compensation, benefits, equity, contractor classification, EOR arrangements, and cross-border employment risks. Coordinates multi-jurisdiction advice and external counsel while building scalable employment-law playbooks and templates for a global, regulated fintech.

Design and build automation, observability, and AI-driven tooling for Airwallex's Postgres, Redis, and ClickHouse infrastructure. Create self-service DB platforms, secure AI-agent interfaces, and reliability automation. Drive database best practices, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate with product teams on performance, schema design, and operational excellence.
