Leads and supports preconstruction activities from project pursuit through construction commencement. The role develops win strategies, mentors preconstruction teams, supports business development, aligns project transition plans, and improves corporate preconstruction processes.

Manages multiple construction projects from estimating and conceptual design through completion and closeout. Responsibilities include coordinating project engineers, owners, architects, superintendents, schedules, safety, billing, job costs, margin forecasts, RFIs, change orders, submittals, and project documentation. Ensures projects meet contract schedules, plans, specifications, financial objectives, and quality expectations. Requires construction project management and estimating experience, healthcare construction background, financial knowledge, leadership, negotiation, and proficiency with MS Project.

Supports project managers and superintendents throughout construction projects by managing submittals, RFIs, change orders, budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and project documentation. Provides estimating support, assists with safety compliance, and may assume project manager responsibilities when needed. The role requires construction engineering knowledge, financial understanding, negotiation, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects.

Leads business development and sales efforts to secure profitable construction projects valued at $25 million or more. Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying prospects, cultivating client and industry relationships, managing lead-generation and procurement strategies, supporting RFQ/RFP processes, coordinating proposal efforts, tracking opportunities in Salesforce, representing the company at industry events, and coaching team members on business development activities.

Supports construction project teams and regional staff by managing contracts, subcontracts, insurance, bonds, project records, meeting documentation, compliance paperwork, closeout files, archiving, and project management software. Provides estimating and procurement assistance, handles office and reception coverage, processes correspondence and mail, maintains supplies, and supports project staff with administrative tasks. Requires strong organization, communication, customer service, computer proficiency, and knowledge of administrative procedures.

Supports project managers and superintendents during an operations rotation and assists senior team members with estimating duties. Participates in safety initiatives, training programs, and assigned construction tasks. Requires construction-related education, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to read drawings and specifications, discretion, and the ability to follow directions. General construction knowledge and experience with PlanGrid, Procore, Bluebeam, or CMiC are advantageous.
