Supervises the Payroll Services Support team supporting underwriting operations. Oversees daily workflows, quality assurance, performance metrics, workload distribution, training, coaching, and process improvement. Partners with underwriting stakeholders to maintain service, production, customer-service, and quality objectives while improving operational efficiency and ensuring underwriting integrity.

Support development and administration of the companys regulatory compliance program. Research and resolve compliance issues, coordinate license filings, track regulatory inquiries and changes, assist with product/form reviews, support examinations and audits, manage compliance software, prepare reports, and collaborate with internal teams and legal to implement controls and remediation actions.

Lead and manage a team of workers' compensation claims adjusters and support staff across multiple jurisdictions. Ensure regulatory compliance, quality assurance, coaching, workload balance, process improvements, stakeholder partnerships, and project representation. Hire, develop, and retain talent while driving performance, customer service, and accurate claims administration.
