Research and resolve compliance issues, coordinate license filings, track regulatory inquiries and changes, assist with product/form reviews, support examinations and audits, manage compliance software, prepare reports, and collaborate with internal teams and legal to implement controls and remediation actions.

Drive regional commercial P&C portfolio performance by analyzing loss ratios, pricing, retention, growth, and competitor trends. Deliver data-driven recommendations, implement action plans, build analytical tools and reporting, monitor outcomes, and present results to senior leadership. May mentor or manage a small team.

Lead a cross-functional squad to define strategy, roadmap, and deliver end-to-end new business product capabilities for commercial P&C insurance. Translate strategy into measurable OKRs, prioritize backlog, ensure regulatory compliance, drive adoption and measurable business outcomes, and collaborate with engineering, UX, analytics, and architecture to deliver scalable, auditable solutions.
