Lead a cross-functional squad to define strategy, roadmap, and deliver end-to-end new business product capabilities for commercial P&C insurance. Translate strategy into measurable OKRs, prioritize backlog, ensure regulatory compliance, drive adoption and measurable business outcomes, and collaborate with engineering, UX, analytics, and architecture to deliver scalable, auditable solutions.

Support commercial P&C claims adjusters by obtaining records, coordinating inspections, processing simple payments, drafting correspondence, responding to inquiries, maintaining accurate Guidewire claim files, and independently handling low-complexity claims (e.g., windshield).
