Leads enterprise Salesforce architecture, governance, integrations, data modeling, and multi-cloud transformation across Sales, Service, Health, and Marketing Cloud. Designs APIs, middleware, ETL pipelines, CI/CD processes, and secure data solutions; develops architecture roadmaps aligned with TOGAF; oversees scalable implementations; advises stakeholders; participates in governance; and mentors technical teams.

Design, implement, and support Five9-based telephony and API integrations, lead contact center platform migrations and automation, manage SIP trunking and carrier connectivity, coordinate security and vendor assessments, monitor and troubleshoot telephony systems, and evaluate emerging AI and automation solutions to modernize contact center operations.

Owns Aledade’s Annual Operating Plan and OKR performance management, driving accountability, execution, risk mitigation, and cross-functional alignment. Leads annual and mid-year planning cycles, refines the planning playbook, and prepares data-driven Quarterly Business Review materials. Partners with senior leaders and teams across Analytics, Field, Product, and other departments to coordinate dependencies, resolve roadblocks, and translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
