Leads complex SaaS and digital banking implementations, including platform configuration, customization, validation, third-party integrations, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and post-go-live stabilization. Serves as the primary technical resource for client engagements, coordinating with project managers, engineers, vendors, and stakeholders. Provides technical leadership, mentors junior engineers, resolves advanced issues, recommends implementation improvements, and supports scalable delivery across multiple concurrent projects.

Drives complex new sales, expansions, renewals, and strategic alignment opportunities for digital banking and fintech solutions. Manages full enterprise sales cycles, executive relationships, forecasting, pipeline and CPQ processes, negotiations, and cross-functional deal execution. Identifies expansion opportunities, mitigates deal risks, analyzes territory performance, and contributes to sales effectiveness and peer development.
