The Senior Product Analyst gathers requirements, aligns stakeholders, analyzes qualitative and quantitative data, and translates business needs into product requirements. They partner with product managers and engineers on feature development, create process and journey artifacts, identify optimization opportunities, support testing and UAT, contribute to roadmap planning, and mentor junior analysts.

Provides advanced technical support for financial institution customers, configuring backend settings and third-party integrations, investigating incidents, resolving complex issues, and collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Activation teams. Mentors support specialists, creates runbooks, facilitates training, documents bugs and enhancement requests, and translates business requirements into scalable configurations.

Leads complex deal structuring, pricing, approvals, and quote-to-cash optimization for enterprise and strategic accounts. Partners with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations on contract terms, deal economics, revenue recognition, forecasting, and governance. Improves deal desk processes, playbooks, approval matrices, and workflows while mentoring junior analysts and influencing cross-functional initiatives, product launches, and pricing changes.
