Support partner engagements by evaluating use cases, co-leading platform introductions, managing partner communications and CRM records, investigating and routing product issues to engineering, surfacing recurring patterns, and building repeatable operational processes to enable partner success and inform product development.

Own end-to-end biweekly multi-state US payroll and manage international payroll via EOR partners. Maintain integrations, automate processes, build AI-assisted payroll dashboards, perform reconciliations and tax filings, administer 401(k), maintain audit-ready SOPs, and partner with People Operations and Finance to resolve payroll issues and ensure compliance.

Collaborate with Ai2 researchers on language-model and NLP research, gain hands-on experience with Ai2's data and engineering infrastructure, co-author papers for top venues, and prepare for PhD studies. Work is research-focused with mentorship and no teaching/admin duties. On-site work in Seattle is expected.
