Lead Institute-wide data governance, stewardship, and metadata frameworks for multimodal scientific datasets. Establish standards, drive adoption of cataloging and lifecycle management, ensure compliance with NIST/HIPAA, advise on storage/infrastructure tradeoffs, and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve data discoverability, reuse, and long-term sustainability.

Design, develop, and apply molecular and proteomic technologies (e.g., spatial and droplet-based NGS) to study immune mechanisms. Perform and analyze in vitro and ex vivo immunology experiments using cell lines, primary cells, tissues, and genetic models. Develop cellular engineering and screening approaches, collaborate with teams to execute projects on timeline, and synthesize data from molecular, cellular, and proteomic platforms.

Lead and optimize Shared Resources scientific operations: develop processes, coordinate production and capacity, manage staff, interface with finance and legal, implement metrics and compliance, support training, recruitment, collaborations, and documentation to ensure scalable, high-quality data generation.

Lead and coordinate Shared Resources scientific programs, implementing processes for internal and external collaborations. Oversee project planning, budgeting, compliance (contracts, sub-awards, agency reporting), metrics, and communications across scientific and operational teams to ensure programmatic goals are met.

Lead analysis of large-scale, multi-region neural recordings and behavioral data. Build reproducible pipelines, apply statistical and quantitative models, collaborate with experimentalists, present and publish results, and engage in theory development and journal club.

Develop reproducible microscopy assays to quantify cellular forces and behaviors in 2D/3D, implement FLIM and FRET approaches, collaborate across teams, manage imaging data and metadata, test new microscope modalities, and present results at conferences.

Perform and optimize high-throughput protein library screening (yeast display, flow cytometry, NGS) to produce model-ready datasets. Independently run molecular biology protocols (cloning, PCR, plasmid prep), troubleshoot workflows, maintain documentation, collaborate with computational/ML teams to improve assay turnaround and model performance, and present results to multidisciplinary teams while complying with SOPs and safety requirements.

Design and implement modern ML and Bayesian algorithms to model multimodal disease progression (omics, pathology, imaging, genetics, clinical data), harmonize cohorts, develop causal and generative models, collaborate across teams, and publish results.

Perform molecular biology and cell biology experiments to clone and screen MPRA libraries, maintain and transfect human cell lines, generate high-quality NGS libraries, troubleshoot protocols, document results, contribute to protocol development, and present progress to support ML-driven DNA design efforts.

Develop and maintain web-based and Python tools for processing, visualizing, and managing large 5D biological imaging datasets. Implement front-end features, optimize performance and scalability, write scientific Python code, manage large image arrays and metadata, collect requirements, collaborate with design and stakeholders, follow best practices including testing, code review, and deployment standards.

Lead Oracle Fusion ERP implementations, enhancements, and production support for finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash). Translate finance requirements into scalable solutions, drive process improvement, create documentation and training, develop and maintain reports and dashboards, and collaborate with finance, technical teams, and third parties to ensure system integrity and best practices.

Manage a large Linux-based research environment (400+ servers, 30 PB storage); deploy and upgrade IT infrastructure; lifecycle and patch management; troubleshoot servers and workstations; support cloud integrations and cybersecurity for scientific computing; participate in on-call rotation and occasional data center travel.
