Evaluate vendors and agent platforms, run pilots, design guardrails for LLM/agentic systems with human-in-the-loop, and drive process redesign to improve scalability, compliance, and measurable business outcomes while mentoring and developing team members.

Design, build, and support cloud-native full stack or backend Java products using TDD, CI/CD, microservices and event-driven patterns. Collaborate with product teams, provide production support, implement monitoring and ensure secure, performant systems.
