Provides legal and strategic advice on global employment and labor matters, including employee relations, compliance, benefits, immigration, recruiting, compensation, policies, and disputes. Drafts and negotiates employment agreements, supports investigations and litigation, advises on AI use in employment processes, monitors changing laws, and develops scalable legal playbooks while partnering with People and business teams worldwide.

Own the end-to-end sales process for existing financial services clients, targeting hedge funds, asset managers, investment banks, and sell-side research teams. Responsibilities include upselling, prospecting new teams, conducting product demonstrations and trials, forecasting, pipeline development, closing sales, and maintaining client relationships. The role also partners with marketing, product specialists, and product teams to expand awareness, improve engagement, and communicate customer needs.

Supports deal structuring, pricing, discounting, contract terms, approvals, and redline resolution throughout the sales cycle. Partners with Sales, Legal, Finance, and RevOps to apply pricing guardrails, resolve exceptions, improve deal review processes, and document repeatable workflows. The role also helps embed AI into CPQ, CLM, and CRM workflows while maintaining metrics such as cycle time, approval turnaround, discount rates, SLA attainment, and deal quality.
