Teams at AlphaSense

Leads the strategy, architecture, engineering, governance, and evolution of Salesforce and the broader revenue systems ecosystem. Builds and manages a high-performing team of engineers, architects, administrators, and technical professionals; establishes modern development, CI/CD, testing, deployment, observability, security, and governance practices; owns platform roadmaps and architectural decisions; and drives AI adoption across development and operations. Partners with executives and cross-functional leaders to balance scalability, reliability, data quality, compliance, technical debt, and business priorities.

Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle for Fortune 1000 corporate accounts, from prospecting and relationship building through product demonstrations, trials, forecasting, and deal closure. Partner with SDRs, Product Specialists, Sales leadership, and Account Management to generate pipeline, meet quota, support customer health, and identify expansion opportunities. Provide client feedback to sales and product teams.

Own the architecture, roadmap, reliability, and scalability of AlphaSense’s cloud-native Data Platform. Build large-scale data migration capabilities across cells, regions, and geographies; enable self-service storage provisioning; and drive data placement, replication, tenant routing, and isolation. Partner with Cloud Platform, SRE, and DevEx teams, establish managed-first standards, identify scalability risks, contribute code across teams, and mentor senior engineers.
