Support DoW capture and proposal teams by using enterprise and commercial AI tools to analyze solicitations, generate compliant solution concepts, draft proposal artifacts, create repeatable prompt patterns, and iterate content for color team reviews. Collaborate with capture, proposal, and technical SMEs to ensure solutions align with win themes, compliance, and operational realism. Serve as an AI advocate and coach for safe, effective AI use in proposal development.

Lead design, development, and administration of application interfaces, APIs, and secure file transfers. Administer GoAnywhere MFT, manage Windows/Linux servers, support Azure hybrid integrations, troubleshoot network connectivity, provide technical leadership, establish integration best practices, and mentor team members to deliver secure, compliant solutions.

Lead end-to-end development of complex, high-value DoD and federal proposals. Manage cross-functional teams, schedules, budgets, pricing, compliance, and presentations to produce compliant, compelling submissions and mentor proposal staff.
