Manages employee network operations, internal communications, CSR activations, engagement programs, events, and storytelling. Develops and distributes employee-facing content across channels, supports executive and stakeholder communications, maintains program plans and calendars, tracks participation and communication performance, and recommends improvements. The role partners with Human Resources, communications, learning, legal, and business teams to strengthen employee connection, recognition, community impact, and workforce engagement.

Plans, schedules, and coordinates facility maintenance work, including labor, parts, tools, permits, and job packages. Manages CMMS work orders, backlog, spare parts, preventive and predictive maintenance, and critical equipment reliability initiatives. Performs root cause analysis, develops procedures, tracks maintenance metrics, supports safety compliance, and coordinates resources with maintenance and operations teams to improve productivity, equipment availability, and mean time between failures.

Provides advanced administrative and executive support, including office coordination, scheduling, travel arrangements, correspondence, reports, expense processing, meeting support, and cross-department follow-up. The role also involves confidential work, document preparation, inventory and storeroom coordination, purchasing or subcontracting support, CMMS use, and process improvement. Requires strong Microsoft Office skills, professional communication, flexibility for overtime or weekends, and occasional travel.
