Lead preconstruction estimating from concept through bid, produce budgets, feasibility and comparative studies, perform value engineering, present findings, coordinate stakeholders, supervise junior estimators, and ensure estimate accuracy and risk analysis.

Support preconstruction from intent through construction documents by preparing scopes, pricing, RFIs, and cost-saving recommendations; review subcontractor proposals, communicate with subs and suppliers, assemble deliverables, train project engineers, and ensure quality and budgeting across multiple projects.

Lead multiple preconstruction teams to deliver estimates, feasibility studies, value engineering, and final bid documents. Manage stakeholder coordination, pricing analysis, scheduling (P6), and presentations while coaching and supervising preconstruction staff to move projects into construction.
