Own the full sales cycle for Ampa’s TMS system, targeting psychiatrists, clinic owners, and mental health practices across the US. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, product demonstrations, negotiations, closing, deposit collection, customer relationship management, forecasting, and collaboration with the founding team on strategy and go-to-market development.

Own demand generation execution across cold outbound, HubSpot nurture campaigns, landing page optimization, SEO/AEO, funnel reporting, and future paid acquisition. Manage targeting, sequencing, segmentation, deliverability, conversion testing, organic visibility, and channel performance analysis. This hands-on individual contributor role requires close attention to funnel data and continuous campaign optimization in a fast-paced neurotechnology startup.

Build and own a clinical Android tablet app for a TMS medical device: implement USB/serial hardware integration, native bridges, binary protocols, robust safety/error handling, reliable medical data sync to cloud, and mentor engineers while ensuring polished UX and clinical-grade reliability.
