Design and develop connector and cable products, translating customer requirements into manufacturable, reliable designs. Create prototypes, oversee testing and qualification, review engineering documentation, and process engineering changes. Collaborate with manufacturing, suppliers, customers, and global teams on cost reduction, quality improvements, and issue resolution. The role also requires applying DFMEA and staying current with interconnect and power connector technologies.
