Owns Workday People Systems across Core HCM and Hire-to-Retire processes, including configuration, security, integrations, reporting, analytics, automation, and continuous improvement. Leads system releases and transformation projects, develops Power BI dashboards and workforce insights, resolves complex issues, manages KPIs, and partners with HR leaders. The role also mentors junior analysts, promotes self-service, and communicates technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Build, personalize, test, and deploy lifecycle email campaigns and automated programs in Braze. Manage audience segmentation using Liquid, Braze tools, and custom queries. Conduct end-to-end QA for rendering, responsiveness, personalization, links, and deliverability. Troubleshoot HTML, CSS, JSON, dynamic logic, and audience-filter issues while coordinating with CRM, creative, data, analytics, and development teams to deliver accurate campaigns.

Designs end-to-end product experiences for Ancestry’s DNA customers, from kit registration through DNA traits. Translates complex genetic and technical requirements into intuitive, accessible user flows, prototypes, and polished interactions. Collaborates with product, engineering, science, research, content, and analytics teams while applying design systems, customer research, usability feedback, and strong visual and interaction design craft.

Lead enterprise security operations, resilience, incident response, threat intelligence, cloud security, IAM, and risk management. Serve as deputy to the CISO and primary incident commander while advising executives on cyber risk. Build and scale multidisciplinary security teams, modernize cloud-native defenses, embed security-by-design across products and AI/ML systems, and establish metrics-driven governance, automation, regulatory alignment, and business-focused security strategies.

Lead the design vision for Ancestry’s core family-history experiences, including the Tree, Person Page, Merge, and Records. Drive cohesive customer journeys, identify opportunities to improve trust and engagement, translate research and data into design direction, and collaborate across product, engineering, data, marketing, and support. Guide user flows, prototypes, wireframes, and visual systems while coaching designers and aligning senior stakeholders around human-centered product strategy.

Own developer-experience workflows from discovery through adoption, acting as product manager, designer, and engineer. Build internal tools including TypeScript and React interfaces, backend services, APIs, CLIs, CI/CD integrations, and AI-enabled workflows. Conduct user research, define product scope, design experiences, ship software, measure adoption, and drive rollout. Candidates need 5+ years of software engineering experience and experience building developer-facing products.

Provides frontline support for high-availability cloud systems, monitors infrastructure, manages incidents, coordinates outage bridges, documents technical issues, and develops automation and AI agentic workflows. The role partners with development teams to improve detection and resolution, supports AWS technologies, databases, networks, CI/CD tools, and observability platforms. This is a Monday–Thursday overnight shift within a 24/7 command center and includes some holiday coverage.
