Owns Workday People Systems across Core HCM and Hire-to-Retire processes, including configuration, security, integrations, reporting, analytics, automation, and continuous improvement. Leads system releases and transformation projects, develops Power BI dashboards and workforce insights, resolves complex issues, manages KPIs, and partners with HR leaders. The role also mentors junior analysts, promotes self-service, and communicates technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Build, personalize, test, and deploy lifecycle email campaigns and automated programs in Braze. Manage audience segmentation using Liquid, Braze tools, and custom queries. Conduct end-to-end QA for rendering, responsiveness, personalization, links, and deliverability. Troubleshoot HTML, CSS, JSON, dynamic logic, and audience-filter issues while coordinating with CRM, creative, data, analytics, and development teams to deliver accurate campaigns.

Designs end-to-end product experiences for Ancestry’s DNA customers, from kit registration through DNA traits. Translates complex genetic and technical requirements into intuitive, accessible user flows, prototypes, and polished interactions. Collaborates with product, engineering, science, research, content, and analytics teams while applying design systems, customer research, usability feedback, and strong visual and interaction design craft.
