Develops and executes integrated marketing strategies, campaigns, webinars, email programs, and social media content to strengthen brand visibility and support organizational growth. Manages social channels, creates marketing materials, coordinates client and agency relationships, tracks campaign and social performance, and reports analytics to support lead generation. Requires strong communication, organization, project management, and independent collaboration skills.

Administers, configures, supports, and optimizes the organization’s Student Information System and related applications. Translates business requirements into secure configurations, manages access and workflows, troubleshoots escalations, coordinates vendor resolutions, and leads QA/UAT, regression testing, upgrades, training, and release readiness. Supports Financial Aid automation and ensures configurations align with federal compliance requirements. Partners with functional teams and stakeholders to improve processes, documentation, service quality, and system adoption.

Leads workforce funding and partnership strategy to secure tuition assistance and support institutional growth. Identifies grants and RFP opportunities, develops relationships with government agencies, funders, corporations, and industry partners, and advocates for alignment between education and labor-market needs. Collaborates with academic, admissions, finance, campus, and compliance teams to address student funding needs, shape programs, communicate impact, and ensure ethical and legal compliance.
