The Head of Procurement & Supply Chain will manage compute resource acquisition, negotiate with suppliers, and optimize supply chain strategies for GPU clusters. Key tasks include analyzing materials, cultivating vendor relationships, and providing strategic supply insights.

Provide end-to-end commercial legal support: draft and negotiate revenue-critical agreements, handle complex deals, build legal templates and AI-enabled tooling, support corporate governance, compliance (privacy, export), IP, employment, vendor matters, and assist with fundraising and M&A as needed. Partner closely with sales, finance, product, and operations.

As a Staff SRE, you will ensure the reliability and performance of Andromeda's GPU infrastructure, lead incident responses, build observability systems, and mentor engineers, while collaborating closely with engineering and customers.
