The Senior Insights Analyst will analyze data to provide insights into the subscription economy, present findings, support reports, and manage projects while mentoring junior team members.

Lead Antenna's content strategy and execution across social, newsletter, blog, and editorial calendar. Manage paid and organic social campaigns, produce monthly newsletter, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, supervise freelancers/agencies, and optimize content distribution and performance to grow brand awareness in the media and streaming sector.

Own day-to-day commercial operations: manage SOWs and contracts, maintain HubSpot CRM hygiene, issue invoices and track collections, produce recurring performance and forecast/pipeline reports, run OKR reporting cadence, and coordinate partnership pipelines. Identify stalled deals, documentation gaps, and process improvements while partnering with sales, finance, and leadership.
