Partners with auditors, SEC stakeholders, Legal, Tax, FP&A, and deal teams; leads standards adoption, public-company-grade reporting, SOX-ready controls, Audit Committee reporting, and team development.

Conduct end-to-end qualitative and quantitative UX research for Anthropic’s developer platform. Define research priorities with platform leaders, study developers and enterprise users, communicate findings to product, design, and engineering teams, and influence strategic product decisions. Build AI-enabled research tools and methods, using Claude extensively to accelerate analysis and maintain rigor. The role requires technical fluency with APIs, SDKs, developer tools, and engineering-led products.

Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce quote-to-cash infrastructure using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and CPQ. Build product, pricing, quoting, ordering, approval, contract, billing, and provisioning workflows; integrate Salesforce with finance and billing platforms; support product launches; and manage testing, documentation, source control, and deployments. Collaborate with RevOps, Finance, Legal, Deal Desk, Product, Engineering, and business systems teams while using AI-assisted development tools.

Own end-to-end procurement operations for research teams, managing high-volume requests, contracts, purchase orders, vendors, receiving, accruals, invoice issues, and month-end accuracy. Partner with Legal, Security, Finance, Accounting, and Accounts Payable to establish purchasing processes for new programs, maintain controls, support audits, and improve intake and workflows through automation and AI.

Own production safeguards infrastructure for Claude model launches and safety classifier deployments. Configure and verify safeguards across first-party, AWS Bedrock, and GCP Vertex platforms; lead canary rollouts, post-deployment validation, incident response, and rollback decisions. Build automation, continuous validation, repeatable deployment pipelines, and a provenance registry to reduce operational toil and configuration drift. Participate in on-call rotations and launch readiness processes.

Serve as a strategic People Partner for Product and Engineering teams, advising senior leaders and managers on employee relations, performance management, organizational design, talent development, career frameworks, and scalable HR programs. Own the roadmap and outcomes for Claude-powered internal products and automation. Partner with Legal, IT, GTM, Product, Finance, Security, and Engineering to prioritize needs, define requirements, ship iteratively, drive adoption, manage change, and measure business impact. Ensure products are maintainable, secure, governed, and aligned with internal data-handling policies while communicating tradeoffs and progress to leaders and technical teams.

Lead US international tax planning from analysis through implementation, covering entity structuring, cross-border arrangements, M&A integration, tax modeling, technical memoranda, ASC 740, compliance coordination, transfer pricing, legislative developments, and IRS inquiries. Partner with Legal, Accounting, Treasury, and external advisors while managing multiple complex projects and communicating recommendations to non-tax stakeholders.

Lead teams building Anthropic’s inference control plane and request path. Own fleet coordination, traffic routing, capacity placement, caching, scheduling, autoscaling, reliability, and performance across heterogeneous hardware and multiple clouds. Drive quantitative efficiency improvements, operational excellence, roadmap strategy, cross-functional alignment, hiring, team development, and organizational growth for critical production infrastructure.

Lead Anthropic’s investments and liquidity strategy, including external managers, money market funds, bank deposits, separately managed accounts, and direct fixed-income trading. Build capital planning frameworks, investment policies, trading infrastructure, custodian connectivity, SOX-ready controls, and CFO-level reporting. Apply AI to portfolio analytics, manager monitoring, compliance, forecasting, and executive reporting while coordinating with Finance, Legal, Accounting, Engineering, Data, and FinSys.

Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for a major area of Claude Science. Partner with scientists, research, engineering, design, policy, security, and go-to-market teams to improve AI capabilities, define scientific evaluations, launch products, support enterprise readiness, and prioritize workflows across biology, chemistry, physics, and other scientific fields.

Leads architecture, development, and optimization of global Order-to-Cash revenue systems. Builds DBT/SQL pipelines, automated revenue recognition and reconciliation workflows, ERP and billing integrations, and testing and deployment frameworks supporting ASC 606 compliance. Partners with Finance, Accounting, Data Infrastructure, and Engineering teams during high-volume operations and month-end close. Drives AI-enabled revenue automation, integration modernization, technical standards, and team mentorship.

Drive adoption of Anthropic’s AI through strategic enterprise sales. Own the full sales cycle, develop new opportunities, navigate complex stakeholder and procurement processes, expand accounts, forecast pipeline, and exceed revenue quotas. Partner with product, engineering, marketing, and other GTM teams to communicate customer needs, refine sales methodology, improve playbooks, and strengthen market positioning. Build executive-level relationships and help customers deploy responsible AI solutions.

Own end-to-end accounting for compute and cloud infrastructure expenses, including close, reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, contract reviews, ASC 842 assessments, commitment tracking, and vendor accounts payable reconciliation. Develop accounting policies, scalable controls, reporting, and automated workflows. Partner with Engineering, Legal, Procurement, Finance, and auditors while mentoring accounting staff and leading process transformation initiatives.

Serve as a pre-sales technical advisor for strategic enterprise accounts adopting Claude. Partner with account executives to understand requirements, architect scalable LLM solutions, conduct evaluations, build prototypes, lead technical workshops, and guide customers from discovery through deployment. Develop executive champions and adoption roadmaps, communicate with technical and business stakeholders, influence product roadmaps, and help customers integrate Claude into existing technology stacks while maintaining safety and reliability.

Drive Claude’s growth across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. Develop product strategy, lead growth feature launches, analyze metrics and user feedback, conduct user research, define KPIs, and collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and data science teams. The role requires balancing rapid product iteration with AI safety and ethics, with emphasis on large-scale B2C and subscription products.

Lead legal workstreams for acquisitions, acquihires, investments, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions from diligence through closing and integration. Draft and negotiate transaction documents, advise on deal structures and risk, coordinate internal teams and outside counsel, prepare executive and Board materials, and develop repeatable M&A playbooks, templates, and processes.
