Build and scale Anthropic’s partner enablement programs, including train-the-trainer initiatives, partner sales plays, global webinars, and internal field enablement. Establish operating models, content calendars, production standards, and global delivery processes. Coordinate Product Marketing, Sales, Partner Programs, and training teams; lead contractors and vendors; and measure field readiness and pipeline impact.

Own the cross-functional program for delivering Claude models and applications into public sector environments. Coordinate research, infrastructure, security, compliance, cloud partners, and product engineering across government segments. Drive FedRAMP and related authorization programs, sequence dependencies, manage risks and escalations, represent public sector requirements in launch planning, and establish repeatable processes for compliant deployments.

Owns the end-to-end reasonable accommodation process for U.S. and international employees and candidates. Manages complex cases, leads interactive processes, partners with HR, Recruiting, Benefits, Legal, and external vendors, and develops scalable global policies and documentation. Provides education on accommodations, safeguards sensitive medical information, maintains records, and analyzes trends to identify risks and improve workplace accessibility.
