Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, RevOps, and Field leadership to translate technical concepts into commercial value. Measure ramp time, certification engagement, and field productivity, while integrating AI into content creation, customer insights, coaching, and field workflows.

Build Apollo’s Constellation control plane for enterprise AI agents. Responsibilities include designing API discovery and schema-understanding systems, developing search, ranking, relevance, and query-planning logic, prototyping retrieval algorithms, and building agent orchestration, tool-calling, evaluation, and observability systems. The role involves rapid iteration in an ambiguous R&D environment, customer collaboration, architectural decision-making, and roadmap shaping.

The Senior Solution Engineer at Apollo GraphQL leads technical evaluations, designs solution architectures, conducts demos, and partners with teams to build customer confidence and resolve technical blockers, while mentoring team members and contributing to the broader strategy.
